I worked with Rob as a part of a mentorship program via The Princes Trust. Rob helped me to understand the importance of thought processing, planning and making goals and also being accountable for my actions. I think he probably didn't realise at the time how much he helped me grow and learn to calm down my over-thinking mind to build structure and work towards goals one step at a time. A few years back i had the privilege of working with Rob when he was my business coach. He is not afraid to ask you tough questions on which he expects an answer, but at the same time shows great empathy. he has a knack for finding simple solutions in what feel like complex problems. As business owners sometimes we are quite hard on ourselves, and Rob has an ability to challenge that and make you feel better about yourself.
