Came in through a temp agency, had a good first few weeks then they emailed my temp agency that they wanted to hire me then out of nowhere a supervisor accuses me of smoking marijuana in the parking lot so they make me take a drug test and I came out clean then they make me finish the week of work and just fire me out of the blue with no warning and I also noticed the floor manager would be more interactive with white than with people of color. He wouldnt even talk to me (Im Hispanic) or the another employee (Black) instead he would send a white employee to come and talk to us.
