Inquired about a matter they could not help with and i accepted that but, since they have phoned me 9 times and hang up the phone when i answer . Rang to complain , justifiably, and got attitude and an unprofessional manner . J F Law find some decency and get your act together. This immature ring and hang up business is very infantile, and the excuses and irrational reasoning and lies do not help your reputation either ,find some manners !!!

Absolutely shocking. Constantly moved from one 'solicitor' to another, seems the staff never stay around long. When they do reply, your fobbed off. Pushing 12 months to when they where instructed and nothing has been done. No response to emails or phone calls. They really need to get the lines checked as they clways hang up claiming bad reception! Don't waste your time with this firm. I've give up trying to complain directly to them so resorted to Law Soceity.

So after 2 years following a serious attack in a NHS psych intensive care ward having been abandoned during an the attack by staff, 2 psych evaluations, 2 medical reports (of which I have provide 2 from occupational health myself) I have asked for my case to be escalated to managers. Leah Quinne has simply ignored messages and emails, not returned calls and appears to be uninterested. The NHS have accepted liability. I will be doing regular updates on this review site so others can follow the process. At this point I could not recomend JF law as a serious law firm. Updates to follow.
