1 Star Alexandra? Its such a shame that youd rather leave a one star review than call or email us, because we would have sorted it! Honestly we always do, if we are at fault or quite often if we are not if theres a problem well always find a way of fixing it. Its the professional business like thing to do. I'm not quite sure about your powers of deduction though. Light travels at 299 792 458 miles per second which is quite useful info to know if you want to measure the distance of a star but doesnt really help to tell when a light bulb was turned off or even if someone had just popped downstairs to use the loo. Ive noticed that youve only ever given 3 reviews and theyve all been one star so I just thought Id take the time to let you know how hurtful and damaging your review can be to a company like ours. We work hard to give a service that we are proud of and our reviews reflect this, we were in touching distance of a 4.9 rating but this has set us back quite a bit and thats a real shame after all the work its taken. I genuinely wish you luck with getting the T shirt printed, if you really traveled for over an hour Im sure you would have passed other printers on the way, if you find one and they give you a decent service I hope you give them a rating thats deserved.

Advertised open times are wrong! Initially good communication via phone and email. I was all prepared to go to the shop and drop my item for printing, I went all the way to Holborn after work (a good 1hr trip) and when I got there at 6:05 PM, the shop, meant to be open until 6 30PM was all closed, lights off and no sight of movement, pointing it was closed way before I even got there. This was a very special gift I needed to have ready by the end of the week, but sadly due to them failing to show the correct opening times I am left with a blank t-shirt and essentially no gift for my partner. Very disappointed. Update: I didn't receive the advertised service, so I don't see how I could give more than one star? I stayed in front of the shop for a good 10 minutes, knocked too and there was no movement, so there's very little doubt that it was indeed closed before the advertised time. I called while being in front of the shop and emailed too, but didn't receive a reply, hence why the review. Lastly, bringing up my review history without knowing the situations and saying I'm damaging companies just for the sake of it is beyond upsetting, as if having had actual traumatic experiences that deserved the rating somehow disqualifies me from giving further negative reviews to other companies. Had I received an actual explanation instead of sarcasm and mockery, I would have happily taken this down.

We use Azo print regularly in our Escape Room business - the work is always completed in a timely fashion to a great standard, including our weird and wonderful requests. Would 100% recommend!

Disorganised and unreliable! Left me with no time to find another printer after telling me they cant deliver on my order in time. Luckily, managed to find another printer at 20% of the cost with much better quality. Wont be using again
