One of the workers were extremely rude- when telling him we were only there for drinks instead of shisha, he told us to "go to a café instead if you want drinks because this is a shisha lounge". He had a revolting for attitude for no actual reason as we didn't resist on leaving, we were more than happy to leave if that was the cafes policy.
This place is a hidden gem! I have visited the lounge on few occasions as me and my friends wanted a relaxed but decent experience. Cloud 9 is definitely the best in North London, the shisha is always on point, the food is very delicious and the staff is amazing! Definitely worth the trip!

I can reassure you that our card machine was working today, but maybe it was when the internet failed due to severe wind today. Our network provider is looking into this. Apologies for the rudeness you have felt at the front of our lounge. a place where the card machine doesn't always work and they constantly force you to take cash. The behavior of the employees in the front section towards me was not nice at all, they are very rude.
