Delicate Gem is AMAZING! I reached out to Harry through Etsy a few months after my fiancé had given me my engagement ring (also done by Delicate Gem) to see if he could create a custom wedding band to curve around my ring. He was very quick to respond to my request, and after chatting back and forth about what I wanted, I sent my ring off to him to get started. He had an online mockup of what the band would look like within a week, and once approved, he got the band itself done in a very timely manner as well. He sent me photos of my ring with the new band so that I could see what it looked like before he sent it back, and within two days after that my rings were shipped back to me. Harry was beyond professional, timely, and communicative with my custom order - I'm so in love with my rings from Delicate Corp!

Pleasure doing business with the staff at Delicate Gem. I'm not in New York but was able to connect and work directly with a member of staff to design exactly what I was looking for for a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with the outcome! Highly recommended even if you are unable to make it to their showroom in person.
