So Tom, I'm not sure if you are a real customer, but apparently you were dissatisfied with the aesthetics of our shop. Yes there are a few old cars in the back, parking is at a premium, there is one mural on the side of our building painted by a wonderful young friend, there is the very occasional homeless person in the area (this is the city of Charlotte after all), and we don't serve Caviar and Dom Pérignon in our waiting area. SORRY.

My girlfriend took her German car here and it was nothing but problem after problem. To start, they have barely any parking in the tiny parking lot (um where are you supposed to park right next to a busy street?). For a place that supposedly works on nice cars, the place was dirty, cramped, and looked like a wannabe artist painted some childish murals on the outside. There's a bunch of old cars sitting around and my GF was harassed by a homeless guy in the parking lot. Not exactly what she was looking for! This place sucks, dont know why it has four stars, terrible service and she left with unresolved issues. SHE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

It seems a tad unfair to give us a bad rating based on other people ratings rather than your own experience, especially since we haven't seen you since 2010. I don't see in our records that you ever expressed dissatisfaction with our service. We are the same guys that have been here, trying to do a good job and treat people fairly. Thank you for your business in the past.

My Honda CRV (2009) was repaired by this business after two (2) Honda Dealerships couldn't get it right. I was down $500+ in parts and labor. I ended up beginning the repair myself and quit after successfully installing the window regulator but failed to get power. Import Connection took the time to troubleshoot and found that a pin in the receptacle where the regulator connects, was bent. Not only did I have power again but they called me to ask if I wanted the lock actuator installed as well. I had left the lock actuator in a box on the floor as part of the self repair but never got to it. This business took the time to troubleshoot as well as to offer additional support and services that I had not requested. Now, my window is no longer duck taped and when the doors auto lock it doesn't sound like I just got a wrong answer on Family Feud! I HIGHLY recommend this business! They might be swamped and busy but they are definitely worth the wait!
