Waited about 3 minutes to reach some sort of acknowledgement to order, they do not have signs of where to stand to order your food so your just standing there, holding your son who wants to run all over the place,then someone from the back had to come to the front and I had asked them where do I order,just to find out the girl who was at the cashier who never said a word to me was the one I needed to order with, then I just wanted a side of salami with my order which became this huge ordeal so I left, good luck with the service there first time there,never again btw do not bring children there especially kids with autism due to the fact they have wine bottles that they can easily grab and break if you turn away for a second.

Terrible service. All waiters should be let go. The food is partial. The matza ball was flat. The corned beef meat was grisly despite me asking for lean cuts. The beets salad was too sweet, way too much sugar / syrup added - disgrace for healthy salad Suggest benchmark Zingerman Deli in Ann Arbor or Katz in NYC for service and food preparation / representation / Taste.
Deli counter interaction was great! Everyone was nice, friendly, patient, and helpful! It was our first time here and after being to many kosher places, this place is a breath of feash air!

My boyfriend and I were looking forward to a lovely dinner and picked up chicken and beef kabob, stuffed cabbage and eggplant. eventhough I was worried that someone was there returning and complaining about food, I still went ahead with my order. We were so disappointed when we sat down to eat: they gave us both chicken instead of beef, cabbage was bland, eggplant was the wrong one; we wanted the salad but got the dip that was somewhat stale and too garlicky. the chicken was burned and had no taste whatsoever. so over all, it was a very bad experience.
