I live in Tuscaloosa and was excited to try this place out as they always have cute stuff on Instagram. I ordered aTuscaloosa sweatshirt that is stitch embroidered. It took until late Thursday of this week(ordered last Friday) to receive the pick up email. For nearly 60 bucks the quality is awful. They didnt clip the back side of the embroidery(which is very noticeable when you hold it up or look at it, etc). Once I got all the excess clipped off it is a cute sweatshirt but not worth the wait or the quality.

The shirts we finally got from the school were nice but I ordered a shirt directly from their website and 2 months went by and I never got it. I called and requested a refund, there was no apology, they didn't try to make it right, just ok here's your refund.....bye. I won't be buying the shirts that the school has made here again.

This place is amazing! They have tons of really cool promotional products. And if you aren't sure what to choose they will point you in the right direction. Everything they have ever recommended has been a hit. They also do some incredible original artwork to promote your brand!

Bought a super cute shirt. Waited forever for it. Finally called them to ask why it didnt ship yet, they said they ran out of the size I ordered and offered to give me a larger size or refund. Not what I ordered but ok fine. Kinda bothered nobody called me and told me earlier. If I hadnt of called and asked what was going on I doubt I wouldve gotten it. Shirt comes, really cute. Wash it one time and the design is all cracked. Super cute stuff but Bad quality and customer service
