I've used Bombay in the past with success. Then I received my latest order - black shirt with full stain across the front that makes it unbearable. Cuffs and collar already 'worn' like it was a few years old. I couldn't believe it and their no-reply email, inability to connect with any actual C.S.R. and lack of any follow up to concerns sent shows why people avoid e-commerce fulfillment. Looks like @ProperCloth is my shirt company going forward.

Just picked up my first (of probably many) shirts. My entire experience was Platinum! Not only was every one professional, easily answering all my fashion and technical questions, but from start to finish, they made the process completely enjoyable.. I couldn't be happier with my first shirt, and their website is very professional as well, making it easy for me to track production of my additional shirts, even allowing me to make changes, and order additional custom shirts.

Great place to get custom made shirts (both men and women). They have a tailor in house that will measure you up, select the fabric (great and large selection, different price points), go through your customization options (which include non standards such as contrast on your mandarin collar or thin highlight contrasts on your placket), and have the shirt ready within 10 business days (with follow up fittings if necessary). In my experience with other custom shirt companies, Bombay Shirt company is probably the best.
