Positive: The breakfast and location Negative: The room smelled like pickles, was not the cleanest, the pull out was uncomfortable and sheets, or a mattress protector were not provided for it.

This place is not fit for family ppl also was accused of calling Radisson on the hotel which we had not. Holly has a very bad attitude with guests. Never would I recommend this hotel because of her and the rude attitude she has. I enjoyed my stay until I was rudely told I was banned for what reason my wife and I cannot really understand. They would not allow us to say anything...we were screamed at by the above listed front desk person and that was that. My wife tried to call and was told today she wasn't Miss Triplett she was gonna be Miss Amanda and she had called and made false reports on them to the Radisson number and we were out out, OUT don't come back. and Holly hung up. So disappointed in what I thought was gonna be a good place.

One of the nicest places Ive stayed at in Charlotte. Super hospitable and genuine employees especially Nick. Truly one of a kind that the industry needs! I would recommend anyone to stay here!!

Positive: Great breakfast! It just didn't open at the time listed on the website. Negative: Staff were rude. Apparently no one at this hotel realizes they are in the customer service industry and the way they treat guests is directly correlated to whether or not travelers will be back. A little customer service goes a long way.
