I went to the Montville location in NJ because it was across the street from my doctors office. First time getting my blood drawn and having to wait a week for them to tell me my blood was not usable and I needed to go back to get it done again. Most likely was because they leave it sitting around. When I went to get my blood drawn there were about 30 other samples just sitting there on the counter, also had to wait over an hour before they called me in. I will never be going back to get my labs with Accurate diagnostics. Will go to quest or labcorp

I did not have a overall good experience. We chose this lab because it was the only one we could find open on Sat. Took my daughter there for her 5 year regular CBC and Lead test. 1. Only one staff seemed experienced, others were seeking help from her. 2. The trash beans were overflowing with disposed tissue and plastics even at 9 am in the morning. 3. They collected blood sample twice in the same container after a gap of few minutes instead of using a new one. The senior staff rebuked the staff attending my daughter for this. 4. In their blood report they suggested that my daughter may have sickle cell disease. 5. We spent 3 weeks in panic before we could get an appointment with hematologist at hospital today. They did the blood work again at the hospital and informed us that she is completely fine (thank god!). They suspected that the lab who did the first analysis, ruined the samples by unprofessional handling. Not coming back here again. I would rather loose a days wage and go to lab corp or quest than going to Accurate and live in worries for the following weeks.

Very good service. please change timing information given by Google. It is wrong because it start from 8 AM not 7 AM.

I give them 5 stars cause they pick up the phone and can answer basic question like how much it may cost, so much better than the "Quest"s of the world and god knows we need some competition in this market. I came in the middle of the day, no lines, 5 minutes I was out. The lady serving me needs to work on her attitude but maybe she had a rough day.

Needed a Covid screening for an upcoming procedure and picked this convenient location. Masks were required here. Upon checking in, I was advised to wait in my car for a phone call. 28 minutes later, I was called. I found the wait to be excessive, but the facility was clean. Hand sanitizer was readily available. Test was quick and easy.
