Customer service is non existent in this organization. They are non responsive , not caring, don't follow through on promises. I purchased a new machine and it did not pass the first setup test. I was guaranteed a new unit to be shipped once the inoperable unit was at a Fedex facility. 2 weeks of false promises,no follow through and no new unit! Cs reps that patronize you as if you inconvenienced them. I now know why they don't publish a call # for their corporate offices in NJ. Pray that nothing goes wrong with your unit!!!

Really there is not a minus star, that is what this company should get. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. Oh they are there, but not helpful in anyway, just tell you what you want to hear. We are just trying to get a return label for a machine that didn't work from the start. NINE CALLS LATER, STILL NO RETURN LABEL. Today we called and spoke to someone that said he would take care of it -------- BUT, the warehouse is closed until Monday January 10th, today is Wednesday the Jan. 5th. COULD THIS BE ANOTHER LIE ???????????? Anne Dunlap.
We purchased 2 De'Longhi products in the last 6 months and are thoroughly impressed with both. First we bought an espresso maker, the EC680, and found it easy to use (we had never made our own espresso before). We get consistent results with this maker and the shots are always a perfect pour. After getting the hang of the espresso maker we decided we had to have a grinder so the beans were always ground to make drinks right away. Because we liked our De'longhi espresso maker so much, both the looks of it, the ease of use and the price, we decided to get the matching grinder. We purchased the KG521 and found it very easy to use once we read the directions. Now I use it almost every day and it makes very consistent and fine ground espresso. We are super happy with both of these products in usability, pricing and looks! Also, it might not matter to everyone, but they are nice and compact and do not take up a ton of counter space so if you have limited spacing like we do, they are streamlined and not bulky like many products we have seen.
