The lady that assisted me was very nice but didn't listen to what I asked her for. I told her that I need a 13 wide or a 14. After waiting 20 minutes for her to come out of the back she came back with 2 pair of 13 medium and said this is what we have in a 13.....then asked me if I would like her to get some 14's. I didn't have time to waste so I left.
God forbid they carry anything in a size 10. Boot selection looks like a 2 year old picked out some and they have literally been in store for 2 years. But even the casual shoes arent carried in a size 10. Didnt realize that a size 10 was the size Sasquatch wore, but apparently it is. Please get with the times, us size 10 - 10.5 people like spending money too and shouldnt have to order online and pay a restocking fee if it doesnt fit.
Sales people can't leave you alone to shop. They ask if you need help multiple times.
