So I am not one to write reviews but I am so compelled to write about stitch works embroidery. I went there to have my sons emblem embroidered on their school shirts. When I dropped off the shirts, I was informed that the order would be ready in 7 business days (the shop is closed on the weekends) The order was dropped off on 11/24 in the morning and in anticipation of early closures for the holiday weekend, I waited until Fri 12/5 to inquire about My order. At that time, I was told that the order was not ready and I would get a call on Mon 12/8 when the order was ready. At 12.15pm today, I got a call from Stitch work embroidery indicating my order was ready for pick up. When I got there, I stated I was there to pick my order and after bringing the school shirts, a lady who I assumed to have some ownership in the business proceeded to tell me how my order was completed in the stated time frame. Now despite being a bit disappointed that my order was not ready on Friday, I did not bring up the issue. She proceeded to pull up a calendar to prove her point but all it did was dismiss her claim as it showed clearly that the order (counting the two days they were closed for the holiday) was not completed in the timeframe given; It should have been completed on Friday and not Monday. Then to top it off she proceeded to tell me that the order was complete on FRIDAY!!. I was flabbergasted because not only did I call (at 2:31pm) and was told the order was not ready; I got a call back from them on Friday at 2.40pm to be precise informing me that the order would be ready on Monday . So rather debate with your customer, you simply acknowledge the delay in service apologize and move on. You dont argue with your customers or LIE about the order completion date in an attempt to substantiate your claim. These smartphones track dates, times and duration of calls. Clearly you were in the wrong simply admit it! And so I give SWE 2 for customer service and 4 for the work done albeit tardy
Really great work. Zetta really goes out of her way to make sure her customers are happy. I needed a jacket done ASAP and she got it done. Would recommend to anyone whos looking for high quality embroidery.
