The most amazing company to deal with. I purchased a bottle of Imperial Crown....which is the most divine perfume I have in my 'extensive' collection a year ago. It's so beautiful....even the boxes are luxurious and special, that I decided I would 'keep it for best'. I have only recently opened it and noticed that there was a small problem with the metal top being slightly loose, which meant that half of the perfume had leaked into the satin lining of the box. I sent a very quick email explaining what had happened, and without any evidence, photographs, receipt etc., they could not have been more helpful. They asked for my address, and sent me a full replacement, and when I said I would return the half bottle, they told me to keep it and enjoy using it. I did sent photographic evidence so they knew it was a genuine problem, but this was 'after' I had received the new one. All I can say is THANK YOU VERY MUCH. This kind of service is incredibly rare.
