PLEASE beware of this company. I do NOT recommend using this company at all. I NEVER write negative reviews for companies, ESPECIALLY small businesses; but the unprofessional and improper service/staff here was wicked! My staff and I were looking forward to working with a new printing company after looking for one for so long. We came to 8th wonder printing and met the sole owner/worker of this shop, Kevin. Although, he had a standoffish attitude and personality, we still desired to support and give him/his company a chance. We met and showed him in person a sample of a previous work from a previous company we used before. He said he could recreate the quality of the product by using the silk-screen process. Ecstatic by this statement, after our meeting, we emailed him to confirm the order of hoodies, the quantity and more importantly the quality AND process we wanted use. Not very professional in the email, Kevin confirmed and sent the invoice. Quickly paying, then giving confirmation of payment, we asked Kevin to please update us of every development as he works. As the process began, he did not give any updates at all: no emails, no calls, no texts, no physical mock up of our order, NOTHING. My staff and I had to reach out several times via email to see how the order/process was going yet crickets. The 2 week due date of our order nears yet we still no idea of how far is our order and what our order look like. We reached out yet again to Kevin and he eventually responds, and updates us and informing us that our order will be done and available for pick up past the said due date. The date and time comes for pick up, and one of our staff members picks up our order. Upon seeing our order, we were BEYOND displeased and disappointed. The quality is nothing near what was shown and asked for. He did the silk screen process POORLY. It looked nothing like the sample we personal had and showed him nor the samples of his work he had in shop. The hoodies paint was chipping off, the quality looked dehydrated and faded. All of the merchandise was ruined. Immediately calling Kevin to inform that he didnt do what he said he could deliver and we agreed upon. Kevin did not accept any fault, only saying that he did the job and that was that. He rushed off the phone and said he would email us. He emailed us something that had nothing to do with the problem. We emailed back to ask him to please fix this or give us partial refund back. He said he could not fix it and he didnt even entertain the thought of a refund. Weve been in this business a long time, and he could have put a white panel over the ruined work and did it again. So much money was lost, due to providing the hoodies to Kevin plus paying Kevin to do a job he said he could do confidently. Please save your money (especially during a pandemic), time and efforts with this company.

So I have a tattoo shop in queens and they aren't too far, nice local service, they put my logo on shirts and bags and hats for me, they even helped me design my business cards and helped with my logo and brand identity. They Very professional and do great work! Ask for Kevin

I came across this gem in Queens while looking around for a local shop to print my designs. I am very happy with the process and timing. Very professional and straight to the point. My order was for my logo on tote bags but I wasnt sure on which bags were the best quality for my design and Kevin guided me through my options and helped me decide what to do. I LOVE the finished product and the tote bags that we ended up choosing. I will be coming back for future projects. So glad I found this shop!
