Very unsatisfied with this facility. The service advisor did not have good communication skills which cost me more time and money. The dealership and the manager on duty did nothing to remedy the issue. They absolutely did not care and thats unacceptable given whats going on in the world right now. Our money is precious and no one wants to regret patronizing any business especially with inflation being what it is right now.

Service department review- Pros: - got a coupon for a cheaper oil change - offered free Lyft rides home and back Cons: - was pressured into $1000 worth of services when I only needed an oil change and transmission fluid change - had an airbag light on and they wanted $156 to just run a simple diagnostic on it There are better service shops than this

Went here for the first time for a basic oil change and rotation. Staff was all very kind and professional, pricing was stated up front, no unnecessary upsells and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time even though they were very busy. Would definitely recommend this service center over other local dealership service centers.
