First time ordering a case Built Bars. Decided to buy the Puffs because I've tried them and liked them. They arrive in my mailbox and by the time I get to them the chocolate on the bars is melted! I put them in the fridge and had eaten a banana cream pie before I put them in (why I know the chocolate was melted). When I got them out of the fridge I was looking at the box only to realize I was only given 3 Coconut Marshmallow in my 12 count assorted box. Will likely not purchase Built Bars EVER again based upon my melted bars and being shorted a bar in my 12 box!

There bar size is NOT consistent. Some are very short, some are very thin and some are the right size. For the money all bars should be the right size. I dont know if I will continue to buy Built, I love the bars, but these discrepancies in the bars have been happening over a year now, they really should fix the problem. Their customer service also is terrible and not available, and if they are they are rude and never helpful.

I have to be honest, Built Bars are one of my favorite protein bars. I have tried a lot of bars and the taste and texture of Built is amazing. I love the fact that the bars have lower fat then others which helps when counting macros. If you have not tried them yet you need to, you will not regret it. Its more like eating at treat not a nutritious protein bar.

I've tried protein bars before. They're either heavy on the calories or light on the flavor. Built bars are by far the best I have tasted.

These bars are fantastic (from past orders). The shipping method; however is unreliable and just plain bad. I got a notice that my package would be delivered tomorrow well over a week ago. I reached out over the weekend and was told the 30th (they shipped on 3/17). Today I got an email asking for a review, when I still don't have my last order! This will be my last order of these until you can figure out how to get the product to customers in a timely fashion. They are too pricey to have to wait a month for delivery.
