Good morning Mr. Sullivan. Once again, it does not sit well with me that you are not pleased with your results. I truly hope that this was written prematurely, before I personally email you a video showing that your artwork was not made wider. The video showed your artwork downloaded, uploaded into our system, and it displayed factual proof that the image you sent was 14x14 and not 8x11 as you later stated. Your artwork had to be resized smaller to meet your desired size. Also, while picking up your shirts, you examined one and your exact words were, "This is quality work. I was unsure how they would turn out without seeing them. But, this is quality!" In addition, your first email inquiring about some detail loss in the muscle of your artwork you stated, (copied and pasted from email) "The shirts look good. I like the quality. But you squeezed the graphic. Its too wide and not tall enough. Not sure why you did that?" Shirts: You received first quality, soft AAA shirts. In our initial conversation, I stated you would receive soft t-shirts and I do not use Pro 5, Pro Club or Shaka shirts. You were okay with that. I could have stated that they would be AAA shirts and I did not. I take full responsibility for such. (Clients are now notified up front) You also found a hole under an arm. I apologized, replaced the shirt and you declined. We are entering our 4th year in the business. In those 4 years, we has never had any blemish on our Brand nor products produced, until now. Moving Forward: To ensure we are never presented with these issues again, we have canceled our vendor account with AAA. As of October 20, 2014, South Bay T-shirt Printing has only retained our current vendor accounts with American Apparel and Spectra USA. We stand firm on quality. I approach my business as if I am the customer myself. So, I understand when state there is a small loss in the muscle. I get it. But, what I do not want to walk away with the mindset that South Bay T-shirt Printing misleads, lacks in communication skills or makes unnecessary, drastic alterations to its clients images without consulting them first. That is not who we are. That is not what we do. And most important, that is not what was done to your artwork.

Poor quality tshirt and they changed/skewed the art work making it wider. Poor communication. Call someone else.
