Good afternoon Lisa, I am happy to hear that Matt did a great job for you! Unfortunately, I cannot blame you for leaving a poor review. We are extremely shorthanded in our construction department right now and it is causing a huge amount of frustration for our customers and ourselves. I can assure you we are working hard to get you in your home by the end of this week. The last update I received was that the final inspection was called for earlier this week and is supposed to be completed tomorrow the 27th. We will let you know as soon as we hear from the inspector. I apologize for all these inconveniences, it is definitely not how we want to do business!

The time and attention we received from Matt was over the top. Unfortunately, the exterior construction, project management, communication, and follow-thru have been less than desirable. We were hosed on several requests with the exterior construction and have been given multiple promises for work being done, only to find that no one has shown up. I would recommend the home purchase but would want to let others know to lower the after sale expectation. To many hands in the pot and no one is accountable for the work not being done. I have no confidence we will have occupancy by the end of this week as promised. Looks like it is back to living in our travel trailer. Not happy

Beth was and is very friendly, helpful, engaged and easy to work with in creating the perfect home. She worked tirelessly to adjust the floor plan to accommadate a wheelchair or medical issues for elderly. I would definitely choose Beth to help me create, if needed, another future home. Loved the features offered by Preferred Homes.

Hi John, we have tried to address your issues. You refuse to pay the balance you owe for your home and you have refused to allow anyone into your home to take care of the items you are concerned with. You hired your own inspector who concluded his report by saying: "This structure appears to be very well built utilizing quality materials and professional workmanship. It is need of only typical maintenance and upgrading." When your home project was delayed by Consumers Energy, we paid for a hotel room for several weeks so you did not have to live in your camper. We have done our best to work with you, however if our contractors and the factory service contractors are not allowed in your home, there is no way we can take care of your concerns.

I would avoid this place like a plague. The photos are of ice inside the house photos taken on 01/28/2019. Eight months later an I am not getting any where. with is company.
