Doesn't answer their phone, doesn't return calls or emails. Went all the way there just to be told they don't do lessons unless you buy some equipment. Would have been nice to find that out via the website or with a returned call/email.
Friendly and knowledgeable. But the $120 slingshot sup-wind fin I bought broke within the first hour. I was not offered a refund, and they said they would file a warranty claim. Its been over a month and I havent heard anything, despite calling for an update last week. I would be very hesitant to buy anything expensive there, based on this experience.
Our family had a wonderful afternoon renting paddle boards at Bayview Park. Ryan was very friendly and provided us with all of the equipment that we needed.
Rented a Kayak, two paddleboards and a guitar for a 10 day catarman trip. Word of warning, check and test all your gear before you go....we had stripped screws on a paddle and a broken neck bone on the guitar that deemed them both worthless. Salt in the wound that Customer service said is was basically our fault for not notifying them in time... The gear that was in working order was fine.
