Yet another 1 star review. If I could give less I would. We didnt choose this company, but the company we ordered from used their services. First they tell us it is coming on Friday, then we call and they say not till Monday. At 5:30pm Friday I get a call that it is being delivered (no call ahead, theyre just there at the location which is an hour from our home). They act like no big deal and reschedule for Monday morning. We headed down to Orlando with a rented trailer to meet our freight delivery at our commercial location for our window of 9am-12p. We called 3 times, the time kept getting pushed later and we were told that there were issues with the driver. We now have been told 5:30 pm and they cant guarantee if it will come by the end of the day. A whole day wasted waiting on freight. This is just unacceptable business. They do not return calls, they do not respect deadlines, and they do not communicate the shipping times clearly. PICK ANOTHER COMPANY!
