My water bill for the month of November was so high, in 14 years my water bill has never been more than $100. This time was $220. When I called they just told me that used a lot of water, 43 thousands of gallons in one month, impossible. I added the total gallons from the bill of January through October and the total was 41 thousands. They were rude, not willing to help me. I have no leaks and the meter is perfectly working. Can someone please advice me on what I need to do. Where can I complaint because I know that it has been a mistake. I asked to talk to a manager, and there is no one available. Thank you.
Due to the devastating ice storm which is still moving throughout Texas resulting in millions of people to be without power and/ or water utilities, we have been working with very limited means to get services restored. Without water for hours and cannot get through to report it..this company is ridiculous..unfortunately in Heritage Park area of Friendswood its the only option for water service available....
I called SI Environmental and spoke to Karen today in regards to getting my water turned on. The company turned my water off today due to them not knowing that I was the new owner of a home I purchased in December 2021. The account was still in the previous owner's name. However, Karen did her best to make sure I emailed the proper information to the billing company but unfortunately, the billing department had closed. Karen was patient, attentive and instructed me on what to do to get water turned on the next day. Thank God for employees who have compassion for people in need.

Ive never had to deal with a more Ill managed company. Charged for 30k gallons a month for 3 months after moving in. Family of 4, no leaks, no toilets running, small front and back yard, no pool. There is NO WAY we could have used that much. Finally had the good sense to keep calling and harking about my situation and Ive talked with multiple different people from multiple different departments no one was sympathetic or really cared that they over charged. Bottom line, Im pretty sure they were over charging me just because they wanted to or overcharging me to make up for undercharging a previous user. Anyways, MAGICALLY since Ive started complaining, my bill is down 2/3 of what it was. This company is a group of ill managed , or good depending on how you look at it, thieves! Let me remind whomever looks at this comment that overcharging for utilities is a crime! Ill be bringing this to the attention of local government, rest assured.
