I brought the work to them and 1.5 yrs later when they lost the contract with that employer, they didn't even tell me that I was going to be out of work on Dec 31st (merry Christmas and happy new year). Fortunately I heard through the grapevine so I could start looking for new work. I felt totally alone and unsupported by Slalom while I was at the employer's site. This was especially apparent since I sat next to 5 other consultants with a different vendor who had weekly contact and other events to feel valued by their employer. The only reason I give Slalom 2 stars is they had a 'bench' (that was equivalent to less than half of my salary).
