We price our products 30-50% lower than the big box stores, and we routinely research our pricing and make adjustments. We do purchase new material such as Tile, Paint Supplies, Paint, ect. to keep a well stocked store, but those prices are typically dictated by the cost of goods. Please remember that the proceeds help build decent, affordable housing for families in need right here in Kansas City. Our goal is always to have fair pricing while maximizing our ability to help build strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter.

Prices are a lil better than home Depot but not by much, asking top dollar for being non profit organization things being donated shouldn't be marked at a higher price then the original price tag or half full gallons/ buckets of paint/stain shouldn't be the same price at the full. And paint rollers to price individually is pretty ridiculous you can get a set of two rollers a mini roller and a brush for about $12 at home Depot where as here it'll cost you almost $15 or more.

Have been having better luck with employee's here and the stock had built back up. Found what we needed and the lady at the cash register was very helpful.
