Yes, Its takes 30 to 45 days. And do to covid 19 things could be a little longer. Shipping and receive may have some delays. Some Companies aren't open and UPS and fedx has been have delays. Went here to get a jacket printed on, they did a terrible job and completely messed up the design. When I asked for a refund they said it would take 30 days and if I gave a bad review, they would not give me my refund. Its been over 3 months since then and I have still it gotten my refund, dont recommend this place to anyone.
