I have been trying to get in touch with Richard at the store. This is my third phone call and each time the wait for him to pick up exceeds 20 minutes. So each time I hang up at the 20 minute mark. Two time I had someone pick up and hang up. I am trying to collect on a bill that now is more than 65 days old. I have been told 4 times they are going to pay, they now say they need to contact Atlanta..... Not really sure who is in charge...They surely do not seem to care about their customers or handling business.
