My name is Ireneo Lopez and I live there in the J204, and someone who wants to live there it's a bad place. On January 8 they stole $6,000 of tool equipment they opened it and destroyed it. I called the security but they never answered.

This place is the absolute worse! The ONLY reason the ratings are high is because they harassed every tenant with phone calls and flyers around the apartment complex for a "competition". The 'rules' change frequently. The old management team when I moved in were NEVER this way. The new manager and whoever else is in the office have really drove this place downhill. God forbid you are even a MINUTE late on your rent. Will not be renewing my lease. Lets not forget about how high the rent is and water, sewer and garbage are NOT included. There are more affordable places in the area. Please save your time, money, and energy.
This place is great. They have wonderful staff members that have wow-d me a few times, once by giving me a heads up call on preventative maintenance they wanted to conduct around my apartment just to let me know what was going on and another time is when they asked permission to deliver a package inside my home right before a 3-Day weekend was coming up. I order a lot of packages so they knew how much I would have appreciated that small gesture. They did this around Christmas time as well since I get home after 6pm and can never make it to collect my packages on time. I really appreciate it guys and I swear I'll get better with those, thanks for your patience with me haha! Also, i'm allergic to nicotine so it's a huge plus that Sunrise is a non-smoking community, yay!

Dont move in We have a very bad experience with Sunrise lane. They advertised this as a no smoking apartment, but people smoke everywhere even in front of the office. No body cares. Dog S... everywhere. Owners dont clean after their pets. The current director Viktoriya is the worst person I have ever met. She is so disrespectful and has lots of favor actions. Previous director Jeanelle was a very nice lady but unfortunately she left. We are waiting for our lease to end to move out from this place. We have mold everywhere in the house. No parking after 8pm. If you want to be humiliated and disrespected move here.Don't be fooled by all the recent positive reviews. These days they are forcing residents to write reviews because they have a competition against another apartment.
