Dear Preston, We were completely unaware of this issue. Please call us on 319 359 1245 or 319 512 1455. We are ready to fix the problem. We can even come to your place, remove the tire, take it back to the shop for replacement/balance and reinstall it on your car. This will save you both time and money. My dog referred me to this place. The guy in charge didn't even ask me for my name or say he wanted to create an account for me. Then he referred me to his head mechanic who told me they sell good tires for a fair price. I said to put them on. I had a flat tire and 1 that was leaking air before I even got halfway home. I only live 5 miles away. I will not go back.

Great customer service and high quality of work. I brought my 2007 Chrysler sebring for tire work. They replaced all my tires for almost brand new ones. They also rotate and balanced them professionally. Their prices are very reasonable and I would say the best in city. I highly recommend Chicago Used and New tires for anyone looking for quality work.

I'm from Lagos, Nigeria but moved to Iowa City, Iowa for college. The first thing I did coming to America was look for businesses that treated me right. This guy did for years, but a few months ago his 2nd in command charged me 8 times as much money for the same thing. A tire change! I think this guy has something against his own people. I will not be going back.
