Victoria has completely twisted what happened and obviously does not understand how collecting sales tax on transactions works, she was not willing to pay the sales tax. She's unprofessional and unacknowledgable in business dealings. I did not call her names, I told her she was not a good business person and not very bright. My conservative views have nothing to do with the way I treated her. I saved her thousands of dollars from her original bid. She gave me the wrong measurements and I had to redo her signs. I've never had an issue like this with anyone in 20 years of being in business. She's an ex-exotic dancer who is a fly by night hair dresser.

I got signs from Kris and originally was charged $500. The measurements were wrong which was my fault and she charged $300 additional for the corrected sign. When i asked for a simple proof of payment for the 800, she only gave me a receipt for 750. I had to track down emails with her admitting to the money she received and what was owed to confirm the 800, not 750. She disagreed because of her loss from not charging me tax. Which was her problem. Im still entitled to a record of my purchase with her company. The signs are fine but shes super unprofessional and unpleasant to anyone who doesnt agree with her extremely conservative views. She is mad that i want a receipt for a cash purchase because she doesnt run cash in her books. If you work with her and pay cash, get whatever done in writing and save it. She also proceeded to call me names and was super unprofessional before she hung up and refused to give a receipt so she doesnt have to pay sales tax. I wont recommend her business to anyone simply because her attitude and unprofessionalism outweighed the quality of the signs.

Ran a small business and Sign Wave made all of our signs for our office and large truck fleet (vinyl signs on wood and vinyl directly along the commercial truck beds as well as magnetic signs for door panels). They also made all of company branded clothing. Pricing was always fair and work ALWAYS completed promptly. Installations could potentially be rushed if we requested it and they had the availability. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Kris and Sign Wave. I had a really last minute need and she was more than willing to accommodate me and get shirts printed for me in time for a conference. Cant recommend enough!!! High quality service and high quality product!
