The food was fine, hence the 1 star. The rudest service i have encountered while spending the weekend in London was definitely here though. This made us want to leave asap so i definitely wont be coming back and wouldnt recommend this place. The front desk lady told me she was too busy to answer my questions in the rudest, most arrogant way possible. Not super convenient if you work in a service focused industry i.e. A little fish and chips place.
