Shocking. I cant get hold of them on the phone. I am trying to use my voucher. They answer and then they say high call volume and then call is dropped. July 2020. Cant use my voucher online only on the phone - but no one is answering. Terrible terrible terrible. Surely they can allow people to use a voucher otherwise this is just a SCAM
booked a package with them pre covid in spain. they simply are not engaging thru any media to allow us to claim our money back even though the flight was cancelled months ago and govt says not to visit spain. disgraceful behaviour from the flag carrier
In fact a review of T3 and a particular member of BA team, on the early flight to Krakow and have to say it was wonderful service from the lovely Mary, who set me and my father off on our boys trip, her kindness made our morning! Thank you
Was excited to hear they were one of the first international airlines to drop the requirements but it's not true, most of their routes still require it - just a PR stunt This was a great opportunity for them to buy customers loyalty as they only airline which honours passengers freedom of choice whether to wear or not wear a given there is no scientific data confirming they actually work. Generally one of the more expensive airlines but usually reliable for that cost
Worst experience ever. Our fly got delayed and then we had to transit through London. We had to sleep in London for the transit. We speak with 6 different staff employees before we could get any accomodation. It took like 3hours to organise. They gave us a bus ticket to go to the hotel. They were bus everyhour but no one to help us. We lost a complete day of vacation in Croatia with this delayed transit. Worst air company ever
