Take detailed photos of your vehicle all over before bringing it here. Edit; Brought my 2005 Corvette in for a column lock issue. Get it back with a broken rearview mirror. Denied liability every time I inquired about the issue. Didn't give a single benefit or chance of it being possible. Owner even lied to my face about it. Paid $500 out of pocket for their mistake they didn't have the courage to own up to. If it had been broken before on such vehicle don't you think I would have addressed it? Absolutely disgraceful company. Edit 2. Contact you? You have my details. Stop lying to save face.

I enjoyed my time with everyone there. As soon as I walked into the door I saw Bill and he made my visit very pleasant. My family and I only have good things to say about everyone there especially Bill. I've been to different dealers and I didn't feel welcomed or they didn't want my service. Ryan, Arlene, and Bill made my family and I feel right at home. They were very insightful about what was happening during our transaction. Pleasant and hassle free. With out a doubt the best vehicle purchasing experience ever. I spoke with my salesman Mike on a Friday afternoon and expressed interest on a 2022 Chevy Silverado LT Custom Trail Boss. I told him I had work commitments the next two business days and would need to do most of the work over the phone. I arranged to get just enough time to get a test drive and paperwork done. A big thank you to Mike and the Sorg Chevrolet team! You earned a customer for life

I can only comment on their service department and they were awful. Scheduled my car to get serviced and they had no appointments available for 3 weeks. So we scheduled my car for a Wednesday 3 weekes out. Took my car in on that scheduled day and my car never got looked at. My husband called them towards the end of the day and they said they didn't have time to get it in so they would look at it Thursday morning. Thursday came and still no one calls or anything. We call again and are told they brought the car tightened a loose wire but took it back out and want to look at something else. We are told they will get to it that day. No calls or anything to update us. Saturday morning comes and by this time we aren't happy so my husband goes to Sorg. The service department isn't open just sales. He gets our car and tells them he will come back Monday to pay them for the loose wire they tightened. Which cost us $247.50. At no time during them having my car did they communicate with my husband unless he called them. At no point on Friday did they call and say they needed to keep the car over the weekend. I find it bad business to not communicate that you plan on keeping someones vehicle for what would have ended up being 6 days if we wouldnt have picked it up that Saturday morning from the sales department We will not bring my vehicle back to them for service. It's sad that Max Myers is no longer here. They didn't do business that way. Lesson learned.
