So far my experience with these people, Lauren, has been very disappointing. I made a small order 12 shirts 12 hats that i prepaid almost $1000 dollars for. I was told a 2 week turn around. It took almost 2 weeks to get the artwork back for approval and now it has been 2 weeks since it was approved. I called this morning to see if my order was ready and Lauren said "yes we have some things ready for you" I guess I should have asked what "some things" meant. I sent an employee to pick up order and they had hats ready and said shirts "may be" ready by end of week.. Total disappointment. I hope that they improve on their service!! Following up to this post, I still haven't received my order.. One excuse after the other.
I can't say enough great things about this place. First off, Daymon and Cindy are the nicest people you'll ever meet- their customer service is outstanding. Daymon went above and beyond to find an old image from YEARS ago (literally was on a floppy disc), to make some sentimental hats for local police. He made sure to keep in touch with me to make sure every detail was perfect. I'm so appreciative of them, and will always recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.
Logo Works has been instrumental in the growth of our business. With fantastic Turn around times on the products we need and the most professional staff in the Logo business, you cannot go wrong. From promoting a business, a family function, school event or anything you can think of, I highly recommend Logo Works.
Ordered $500+ in tshirts in Feb, was told 2 week turn around. Didn't even receive artwork for AN ENTIRE MONTH. Heard several different excuses why, and when artwork finally came through, we were told one week for printing. After that week, we heard nothing so we started calling & were put off literally 5 different times by the OWNER (Cindy) with the same answer "they will be ready tomorrow." TWO MORE MONTHS LATER, we finally received our order minus 3 medium shirts they simply never gave us, and minus 1 shirt that was never even ordered. They offered no compensation for the hassle, and after hounding, the most they would give us was 10% off. Not a lot considering being lied to so many times over the course of 2.5 months. Best employee there is Ann. Quality of work was very good, but not worth the dozens of broken promises.
