Im not sure when first impressions became less important. With all of the craziness going on in the world these days, one of the few things that a company still maintains 100% control and ownership of is customer service. I was looking for a T-shirt printing company for a rush order on some shirts. I placed three calls to wizard creations this morning and got bounced around their phone system each time. I even selected an option for rush orders, which led me to a voicemail box that was not able to take messages. Maybe theyre just that busy that new customers or opportunities arent important. Just an observation.
