Mark, we apologize for the inconvenience and the miscommunication. We generally dont embroider outside goods, but it was to our understanding that you would be embroidering goods purchased from our store along with goods purchased from the Carhartt store, and we were willing to make the exception. Once we realized this was no longer the case, we were not able to prioritize your order over the customers who purchased goods from our store in time for the Holiday. We are committed to improving the way our staff serves every customer and we will ensure that our team is clear on all guidelines to avoid any further miscommunication. I needed clothing embroidered with my company logo as a christmas gift for employees. I called ahead and spoke to an employee at Contractors Clothing, and they said that they could complete the embroidering work prior to christmas. I then went into the store to purchase the clothing to embroider, but they did not have any Carhartt women's hoodies. So, while at the store, I spoke to another employee and said I was going to run to the Carhartt store in Detroit and bring back the women's hoodies I wanted embroidered, and was told "no problem". I dropped off all of the sweatshirts, and paid for the embroidery work... That evening at 6:00 I received a call saying they could not do the embroidery because it was on outside merchandise. Long story short, they completely wasted my time and I had to make another trip just to pick up my merchandise. Now this close to Christmas, I can't find anyone that will complete the work in time. You wasted my time, I (or any of my employees) will not be back.
The associates of this store are phenomenal. I needed to buy ARA for work and the lady that helped me was amazing. She helped me find styles and sizes for women and made great recommendations as to which mens products would also work for me; she even brought me different sizes to the fitting room while I was trying items on to make sure I was getting the items that would fit me best. 10/10 would recommend.

The store is nice and decently organized but I had every single employee working there ask me if I needed anything and when I told them I was just looking for pants everyone of them hovered and made the whole experience feel rushed and uncomfortable. Ended up leaving with less than I wanted due to that
