As the Marketing Manager for a start-up mortgage lender, I needed to find a Chat Service for our website to help optimize the customer experience. After a few bigger name companies came up short on quality customer service and integration flexibility, Botsplash quickly became the obvious best choice. Every single person we have worked with is extremely intelligent and abundantly competent. They have a super talented team that has helped us in a timely manner every time we had a question. They have been flexible, friendly and reliable. The management platform and admin interface is very user friendly and they have excellent quality resources to troubleshoot most FAQs.
