I feel my case is not being handled aggressively enough. I feel I'm being worked against instead of for by my attorney. Before i even saw my doctor he wanted me to settle for a mere $5000. Saying i could go out and have an accident. It would be in my best interest. I went to my Neuro surgeon...neck and back surgery is needed. Made me get a second opinion....again..neck and back surgery needed. If i would have settled it would have messed my life up completely moreso than it is now because of negligence on the employers part and fora mere $5000.00. Tired of never receiving phone calls when i leave message after message and all i hear from him is...oh that's why my secretary isn't here anymore. 5!!!!! I don't think it's the secretaries!!!!!!!!

My mom needed to handle some social security disability stuff so I found these guys while searching online. I didnt pay as much attention as I probably should have during the consultation and follow up meetings, but my mom was happy after talking to her lawyer here. They helped her get the SSD in order and shes been feeling a lot more self reliant lately, which is about as good as it can get with her.

I wasnt sure if I was lucky or just had a great lawyer when my medical benefits claim was appealed and won. Im pretty sure its both, though. I really did have a great lawyer and I was entirely confident in him the whole time he was dealing with my case. However, Im also lucky in that it was Workers Compensation LLC that I called first when my job decided I didnt deserve workers compensation.
