Good quality and decent cost. My issue came up when there was an issue with my order, there was a mistake on one of my items. I told them of the mistake they took the item back and from the other room I heard smack talk about my concern. They did remove the mistake at no cost later on that day. But I would not go back and would not recommend. Not professional in my opinion.

My sisters and I had an idea to have the last shirt our grandfather wore before he passed that our mother bought for him and turn it into a pillow. Wayne said he could do the saying that we wanted on it. He gave us the quote we proof read it and it was great, picked up the shirt today and its doesnt match should have been on the shirt. Was very unapologetic and only offered to redo it on another shirt. Well this shirt has a certain meaning for our mother and wasnt going to do with another shirt. Very bad service didnt even offer a discount or money back for their mess up. Will never come back to this place.

Wonderful atmosphere and impeccable work! My daughter ordered her letter jacket from here and has had many patches added since and the work is beautiful!

They did an outstanding job of my custom embroidery design, at a fraction of what The Promo Wizard quoted (and much friendlier). Penny was very nice and I was given a tour of the facility--very impressive. They were very busy, but got my jacket done a week ahead of schedule and looked absolutely amazing. I was very impressed with the entire operation and will be back for any future embroidery or screen printing needs.
