Not happy at all for this branch of Kenny Ross in the Somerset, PA area. Car salesmen have to constantly have to approve EVERY consumer counter offer which this dealership's owners! We've already been held up there for over 4 hours just trying to bargain over a reasonable price over buying an auto!! We've personally taken our vehicle for body repair after deer hit and no how many times we complained with the body shop; they could not align my hubby's vehicle headlights straight after many complaints and visits to this Chevy dealership! We will most likely in future yake this dealership off our car shopping or repairing for the rest of our vehicle needs!!!

We have done several leased vehicles through Kenny Ross Chevrolet. This is the first time we have had a problem. The tires that came with our new leased vehicle already need replaced at 14,000 miles and they are not standing behind replacing them. We will go elsewhere next time.
