Most of the reviews here are clearly fake. This company is absolutely awful. They have driven the quality of this property into the ground. The residents are universally disappointed by this turn. The manager is dismissive, ignoring complaints and maintenance requests, and even at times is hostile. When taking complaints of our manager to Neighborly Ventures, we were threatened by their lawyer. Avoid any property managed by this company if you would like to avoid an adversarial relationship with your landlord.

The property seems to only have one girl that runs the entire show, which means: 1) Unresponsive - sometimes multiple emails go unanswered 2) Inventory online is not accurate, even though they swear it is 3) Delays delays delays - I paid for my unit reservations 20 days ago and still have not received the lease to sign, nor information to set up the payment portal. You would think they want to get the lease out asap!? I'm a bit worried already as I haven't even moved into one of the properties they manage.

The local management team is very responsive to tennant needs and issues. They are all extremely kind and knowledgeable and are always around on the grounds which brings a strong feeling of security. They are very consistent in quick and reliable responses. I have never lived in such a great community due to their presence. Christine
