Hello T B, I'm very sorry to hear this. We don't intentionally tear someone's kitchen apart to leave them stranded. We perform emergency services to remove wet materials. If these materials are left in place, more damage can occur and could lead to mold issues. Yes, we are extremely backed up on our reconstruction side due to a lack of skilled labor and shortage of building materials due to the pandemic and the housing boom. Please reach out to me directly and I will see what we can do to get things moving faster for you. Keep in mind that there may be a delay getting things approved by your insurance carrier. Thank you, Aaron Provencal Owner

This company came and demo'ed my family's kitchen and THEN told them it would be 5 weeks before they could come back and put the kitchen back together. Who does that?!? Who leaves a 90 year old man without a kitchen?! You coordinate the demo with the work so you're not leaving people without a way to cook for weeks. Unacceptable!
Thanks Ron. I will pass this on to Chris, Shawn, Adrian, and James

Five Star did an excellent job of fixing the water damage in my garage. They were prompt, Courteous, and neat in fixing my ceiling. Their inspection process was very thorough. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again myself.
Hi Leo, I'm sorry for the communication breakdown on our end. I saw some notes from Haleigh leaving messages for you for a couple of weeks, but I'm guessing she must have had the wrong number. It is a difficult time for scheduling for most contractors right now. I apologize that we are booked so far out to start repairs. We have been trying to hire, but most skilled trades are very busy which has made it very difficult to hire anyone. We are glad that you were able to find someone to take care of things sooner for you. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with. Sincerely, Aaron

Hired them to do mitigation on a window leak after the last big storms. Their mitigation team was good an prompt on removing the damaged dry wall and drying out the area. This is about as good as it got with them. They also do construction and repair and this is where they dropped the ball. It felt like I was dealing with a separate company. Had to provide them my insurance claim adjusters information again as well as my email info. It took 3 calls and messages over a week to get a call back from then person who schedules for their estimator to come out and give you an estimate on the job. When they finally got someone out they were scheduled it 6-8 weeks out to do the repairs. I understand that Covid delays and other jobs may have contributed to the delays and I was willing to wait, no issue there. Where they messed up was ignoring repeated requests to put up a water shield or a tarp to block any more water into the house in case of more rain. I told two different individuals and was told they would let someone know and nothing came if it. Next set of storms kicked in and water was back in the house. Hired a different company to do the repairs.
