Had an amazing time at my lesson with Mark this weekend. He is patient and gets you in the water right away unlike most places where the first lesson you sit on the beach and talk for all but a half hour of the lesson. He makes you do everything which is great because you learn how to do things for when you're out there on your own one day. One people of advice I will give to people considering a lesson is be flexible and be patient. You have to be willing to reschedule if weather isn't favorable on that day and you will not be up and moving on your first try. Just stick with it. Other than that, you will love it. I already can't wait to learn to snow kite in the winter!

This is the place to get lessons and set up with gear. Mark took his time making sure that I understood the safety aspects of the sport, got me in the water, and set me up with some rad gear. Great guidance and a great guy.

Mark is a great dude. From picking up used equipment to get started all the way through my first lesson (which we had a dead day for and he was very flexible rescheduling to get me riding) it was a great experience. Will recommend to all my friends and ride with the motor City crew often.
