My initial interaction with them I would have given them a 5 star but over the last 2-3 weeks Ive been sending emails and calling and have gotten no response. Maybe something happened so I will give them the benefit of the doubt with a 3 star instead of a 1 or 2 star. I ordered a deck for my son not realizing they came in assorted colors. He wanted a purple one and we received a brown one. They were great about having us sending it back with a note stating we would like a purple one instead. I did this and it delivered on Nov 15 as I tracked it through USPS. Since then Ive emailed 3-4 times and called numerous times always getting a voicemail. All I wanted was an update as my son is anxious to get his deck.

Great people with great products. Not to many companys are skateboarder owned and operated these days. These guys are a great staple in the skateboard community, thanks for the 30 years and cheers to many more to come.
