Went to the service department smelled awful of cigarettes and the staff were slow

After working in service, retail and sales for over 25 years this may be in the top 5 of worst service experiences Ive ever had. Dropped off my truck (low miles) with a service light and 4 days at the dealership and not one call to notify me of the synopsis (although they told me they would call after day 2). The service rep said it was up on the rack, all week, but it was covered in snow and ice cycles when I picked it up today. The closing service rep said no notes or service was done. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Third time I'd had to take my vehicle elsewhere cuz they can't get me in till three weeks later. I really enjoy bringing my jeep here and have purchased 4 different vehicles from this location but as of recently I have been disappointed in there service. Before I'd call n they'd get me in right away n oil changes didn't take 4 hrs but now sadly that's not the case
