Sorry we didn't meet your expectations. We print only bulk orders. Unless you pay for individual packaging your shirts are stacked in sets of 12 but they are never slouched in a box. No we do not fold or package shirts individually but they are boxed neatly by size. Print placement varies from the bottom collar of the shirts according to shirt size. As explained no print will land in exactly the same place. However it will be consistent as are all of out prints. Our printing speaks for itself we try to meet expectations and have done very well with most. Our business is custom printing. Every item is hand crafted and there will be small difference. When you are very particular we prefer for you to tell us so we can explain how the process work. You will have slight variances in placement from shirt to shirt that is unavoidable. Shirts in department stores are the same exact way. This is acceptable in the printing industry and it is explained in our terms and conditions of ordering.

Maybe this place is good if you are only ordering a small quantity of shirts but my experience with an order of 300 tees was less than satisfactory. To begin, when I received the order all the shirts were slopped together in boxes in a disarray of sizes and types, nothing was organized and over 15% of the tees were printed wrong (our graphic was misplaced on the shirts with up to 5 inches difference!) When brought to the owners attention she agreed to reprint the tees but when I came again to pick them up on our agreed upon date and time they were not ready like she said they were (SHE LIED TO ME) Then, she told me she would mail the tees that were not ready but that was well over a month ago (SHE LIED TO ME AGAIN) The owner is nice but unorganized, sadly, this company has been nothing but a headache to deal with. I highly doubt we will ever receive the remainder of the tees she was supposed to mail. Moral of the story: There are way too many options for tee shirt shops in Dallas to settle for this one, steer clear and save yourself the headache. In response to the owners comment.. she has me mixed up with a different customer. I did not order any tees with numbers on the back of them and placed my order less than a year ago. Her response further proves her SEVERE LACK of ORGANIZATION. I have already cut my losses with this company, no need to try to figure out which unhappy customer this really is, apparently there are more out there who did not write reviews. Best of luck.

We appreciate your review of our services and would have been happy to discuss this situation with you had we received a phone call. We have never had an issue printing glitter shirts they are one of our biggest sellers. Our return policy is for the Customer to return all Shirts for us to review, then we will reprint those shirts if there is an issue. In this situation we waived that policy and just shipped out new shirts at your request. You received 2 sets of shirts and we assumed this was satisfactory as we never received a visit or call stating otherwise. We are a small business and do everything we can to accommodate our clients. In custom printing isnt perfect but e do our best and have never had an issue with our glitter prints before. Unfortunately after so many months passing and not being made aware of this situation in a timely fashion, we can not do anything on this order. We can offer you a discount on a discount on any future order.

At first our shirts looked really awesome. We got sea foam comfort colors tanks for a group trip to Vegas. However, the gold glitter font we chose rubbed off while we were wearing them to the point you couldn't even see the font on our shirts any more. We hadn't even washed them yet. I have worn shirts printed at other places with glitter on them before and the glitter has stayed. I am not sure what technique they use here, but it doesn't work. I contacted them to get this fixed and decided to go with a white font since I didn't trust the glitter to stay on. This was a real bummer as I had really wanted gold and would have gone elsewhere to find a company that could actually print glitter on shirts. Anyways, white was what we settled on and it took a few weeks for me to get the new order. The order finally shipped and I was never sent a tracking number even though I was told I would get one. They just showed up at my office one day. When sorting the shirts I realized at least five of them were missing. I contacted the shop again who said that they forget to tell me that some of the sizes were on back order and that they would send the other shirts when they came in. It's 2018 and I still haven't received my shirts. This order was placed on October 1, 2017. This was the most dissatisfying experience. The fact that we paid for those shirts and didn't get all of them, and the fact that I kept having to follow up for updates made for a horrible customer service experience. I will never use this place again. REPLY TO OWNERS'S RESPONSE: We never received the second shipment of shirts. Since this was your mistake and not ours, I shouldn't have to follow up by phone and email multiple times for you to make the situation correct. There were occasions when I sent emails and you did not reply. You also failed to tell me the smalls were out of stock when you sent the first batch of redone shirts and I had to email about that too. After they never arrived I just gave up and figured I'd leave a review to let people know about my experience. I also find it hard to believe you have never had an issue with printing glitter shirts, because ours was literally coming off before we even washed them.
