My personal experience with this location wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The first conversation I had with Ann was polite and went into the general pricing for embroidery and doing patch work on some uniforms shirts. Upon setting up a meeting to come by and drop off my shirts, everything that's needed to be done work wise to the shirts was taken down on paper and I was given a copy of receipt. No price was given for the work but I figured it was $8 a piece per the conversation. I want to say the gentleman was also polite and explained that they're not the ones doing the patchwork and they would charge me and upcharge of $3 vs $5 which the person they take it to charges them. I would be paying $8 per patch application. Now at no given time was I told that I would be charged for removal of 4 patches which cost $12 each to remove by the way. This could of been easily removed at no cost. I also dropped off the 4 shirts approximately 1 week 1/2 early no rush on completion and when I'm called the day before that my shirts are ready I come in the following day and have to wait 1 hour for the shirts because it's missing half the embroidery writing. Quite frankly this was poorly done on the stores part and when I go to pay guessed I've should of asked for price upfront because there's a foggy recollection per the conversation of the pricing all of a sudden which my wife was present to that prior conversation as well to verify it. So now I had to get a price correction and state that the price was to high and was being charged $10.50 for the embroidery $10 for the patches and $12 for patch removals. I'm shown a chart for the price guide after the work is done of course and for the 4 shirts it is $10.50 and not $8 if it were 6 shirts instead. So the gentleman reduces the price from $10 a patch to $8. Long story short if you decide to conduct business get the price upfront on a receipt that way there is no communication issues and everything is smooth for both partys. I was treated respectfully.
