Yesterday I called to talk to a manager to offer some feedback on why I will be discontinuing my membership after 2 years. She was not available. No voice mail. I talked to one of their dedicated employees (who works way too many hours) and asked him to pass along my feedback. I was professionally and politely listened to (I think?) and way-too-efficiently told how I could discontinue my membership. End of story. I could get into why I will be leaving, but 100 more will take my place, so it is not really worth my time to re-explain the gym's inequitable use of gym equipment and space!
The hot tub chemical levels here are extremely high and unbalanced to the extent that my new swimsuit was completely ruined when I soaked for 5 minutes. Based on the damage to my swimsuit I can only assume there was bleach of some sort in the hot tub. When I told them about it, they denied all responsibility even though I talked to them about it right after it happened and showed them my bleached suit (I had previously soaked in this hot tub in this same suit and no damage occurred, so it wasn't a problem with my suit). I can only assume that other chemicals in the facility are not being properly managed and could even be a threat to human health. I should be able to sit in a hot tub for 5 minutes without my swimsuit becoming completely bleached. Additionally, the massage chairs here are rarely working and customer service has been saying for weeks that they are in the process of fixing them but nothing has been fixed.

As staff stated when you called, if you email us, we can get your account closed immediately! If you provide proof of your departure date for Basic Training we are happy to provide a full refund to that date!

I moved away over a year ago and they are still taking money out every single month since I have canceled. I have called countless times been told either sorry management is not in or to send an email to a different person each time. Nothing has changed still charged each month. Sometimes even twice In a month. Being over 1,000 miles away I cant do anything but keep calling. So be aware. If you get a membership it might just be for life.
