From what I've been told, this company has been a great partner for our youth rugby teams, but I have been unable to get a hold of anyone to answer questions. I tried calling on the phone & submitted an inquiry through their website, but I've never gotten a response.

Absolutely loved working with everyone at Eclectic Printing & Design! It was my first time ordering team spirit wear, and they were incredibly helpful, kind, and patient through the entire process. The email response time was phenomenal! Jolie is probably one of the most customer-service oriented people that I have ever encountered, and I worked in hospitality for decades. She's the G.O.A.T! Also, the lady who answers the phone (can't remember her name) was super professional, and exceedingly sweet! As far as the product, I don't think I've ever owned a softer sweatshirt; I look forward to game days just so I can wear it. The whole team loved their spirit wear, and the company's design was fantastic (especially since they worked with my crude Microsoft Word outline and a few vague instructions)! Compared to other companies, the pricing was on par, if not a little less, than others. In terms of timing, we placed our order rather last minute (aka late), but Jolie managed to get us everything by Opening Day; HUGE relief!! Overall, I don't think you could find a better value or better service anywhere else. I'm going to recommend this company to all my future teams. Thank you Eclectic!

This is a great company I do all of our spirit wear for our School Orchard Dale and this is the 2 year I have the pleasure of working wit Jolie and she is excellent and always has our spirit wear on time. I highly recommend them.
